Where are you based?
I Do Films Global is based between Athens and Santorini, two of the most iconic wedding destinations in Greece. Our team regularly travels across the Greek islands including Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Milos, Crete and the Athenian Riviera, as well as internationally in Italy and other European destinations.
As a destination wedding photography and videography studio, we are available wherever your celebration takes place.
Do you offer services outside Greece?
Yes. Destination weddings are a core part of our work. Our team regularly photographs and films weddings across Italy including Lake Como, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Rome and Venice.
Travel costs typically include flights and accommodation for the team. Once the wedding location and timeline are confirmed, We provide you a clear price-list including travel expenses and with no hidden costs.
How many weddings do you do per year?
I Do Films Global accepts a limited number of weddings each year, typically around 20-25 celebrations, to ensure every couple receives full creative attention and a highly personalized experience.
Working with fewer weddings allows our team to maintain high artistic standards and focus deeply on each story.

Yes. Super 8 analogue film is available as an artistic add-on for couples wanting a nostalgic cinematic look. It adds warmth, texture and emotional depth that cannot be replicated digitally.

What is your approach during the wedding?
Our approach blends documentary storytelling with cinematic direction. We guide gently when needed, mostly to help couples find beautiful light, but never interrupt natural moments.
Our priority is allowing couples to fully experience their wedding while we capture genuine emotion and atmosphere.
Do you help couples who feel camera shy?
Absolutely. Most couples initially feel nervous. Our approach is calm and natural, focusing on connection rather than posing.

Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. We collaborate closely with planners throughout Greece and Europe. Communication is always coordinated in advance to ensure smooth execution.
Do you help build the timeline?

Technical Questions
What equipment do you use?
We work with professional cinema cameras, prime lenses, stabilization systems, professional audio equipment and drones. Full backup equipment is always available.
For Super 8 coverage we use restored analogue film cameras.
How long do you stay on the wedding day?
Most collections include full-day coverage from preparations until dancing. Typical coverage ranges from 8–12 hours depending on the wedding timeline.
Do you provide a second photographer or videographer?
Yes. Additional team members can be added depending on guest count and wedding logistics.
This is especially helpful for:

Do you offer raw footage?
Yes. Raw footage can be provided as an optional add-on for archival purposes.
Can we choose music for our wedding film?
Couples are welcome to share music preferences. For licensing reasons we use professional music libraries such as Musicbed and Artlist to ensure legal distribution.
Delivery & Booking
How long does it take to receive our wedding film and photos?
Our typical delivery timeframe is 3–6 months, allowing us to carefully craft your wedding film and photography with the attention to detail they deserve.
For couples who would like their memories sooner, we offer Fast Delivery (4–9 weeks) and an Express Delivery option within 25 days, available as optional priority editing services.
How do we book you?
To secure your wedding date, a signed agreement and booking deposit are required. You can inquire through our contact page, and we typically respond within 24 hours to learn more about your wedding plans, answer your questions, and confirm availability.
How far in advance should we book?
Most destination weddings are booked 12–24 months in advance, especially for peak season dates.
Early booking ensures availability.
